If you or someone you know would consider being a donor, it is important that you have all the information you need.

For the UCSF Transplant Center, anyone considering donation would be evaluated at UCSF at no cost to them. Such an evaluation would begin by completing the online donor questionnaire at www.ucliverdonor.org, using the recipients name and birth date, IE:"John Smith 1/1/1991."

Any questions you may have can be fully answered by Ms. Finesse Louie, the Living Liver Donor coordinator at UCSF. Her phone is 415-518-7163. In every regard she is an angel.
